Wine Barn Event Center

Our Wine Barn is in a private open-air setting surrounded by fruit trees, and is the perfect place to host your wedding or other large event! High speed internet and projection equipment are available.

 

 

Wine Garden

Welcome to the Wine Garden at Van Till Family Farm Winery. One of the Kansas City area's most picturesque event venues; the Wine Garden provides four-season comfort. Through much of the year it is an open air patio with garden vistas and ready access to meandering garden paths. With the glass doors closed and heaters on, the Wine Garden becomes a bright cheerful sunroom during the winter. It's one place you can go in Missouri and see lemons, oranges and grapefruit hanging on the tree, and flowers in bloom all winter long. Even cloudy, snowy days and evenings are not dreary when heaters warm you and plants brighten your wine and dining experience! Come out and enjoy the Wine Garden during all four seasons!

Norton Room

 

The Norton Room is available Monday through Saturday for your private event. The room beckons with a fireplace, warm woods and many repurposed features.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Flushed with natural lighting and access to the outdoors, it is equipped with Wi-Fi, sound, and projection equipment. The Farm Tables can be configured in many different ways from boardroom style for training, and banquet to fine dining.

We also have additional venue options available at our location in Excelsior Springs, MO. Pairings by Van Till has two spaces to host your event with up to 50 people, or (date dependent) you can rent out the whole building for up to 150 people.  

 

With two mezzanines available, it's a perfect space to host a bridal shower, company parties, birthday parties, or just getting together with a group of friends!
