this Valentine's Weekend to treat yourself, your
friends and your loved ones to our unique Wine
Pairing Experience.
Who
would have though falling in love with Missouri
Wines and farm crafted food could be so much
fun!
We
plan to begin our tasting with small plates of our
farm crafted breads, home grown vegetables and a
choice cut of meat, all, which will have been
roasted in our wood-fired oven on our patio, with
our Missouri Wines. And that's not all.
A
cold winter salad will feature a unique ice wine
vinegar dressing. Foodies will enjoy this
one!
We
will finish our tasting experience with a
selection of chocolate desserts that pair
beautifully with a Missouri Wine that comes from a
grape from Missouri that saved the French Wine
Industry back in the 1870's. Which one could that
be?
