The Greenhouses on the farm are used to grow strawberries, vegetables, herbs, greens, and flowers. The herbs and greens are used for our garden salads, dressings, and pizzas. The strawberries are special in our Strawberry gorgonzola green salad, and seasonal desserts. All of the hanging baskets around the winery have their beginnings in the warmth of the greenhouse starting in February. These are all vital in making the connection in our "farm to table" emphasis.
