Van Till Farm sausages are made with USDA Inspected meats with no added fat or fillers which yield a high net weight after cooking. We never use MSG and you have a choice between "cured" and "fresh."

Key:
  • FFB - fresh frozen bulk
  • FFP - fresh frozen patties
  • FFL - fresh frozen links
  • PCL - precooked links (cured not smoked)
  • SL - smoked links (always cured)
Entrée Sausages:
  • Bratwurst - Break out the grill! Very versatile and an all around favorite. Works equally well as an ingredient sausage or as an entrée. Can be used as a wiener on our French roll or as a patty on our Kaiser rolls. Either way you'll love the flavor. Available: SL, FFL


  • Breakfast: Sage or Maple - Breakfast: Traditional sage for the nostalgic….or Maple Breakfast…Flavored with real maple. The wonderful aroma while you're frying it will make your home smell like a country kitchen and have family and guests begging for pancakes and eggs! Available: PCL, FFB


  • Cajun - Turn up the Reggae. A little heat and that Jamaican twist add attitude to your menu plan. Use with beans or straight on a bun. Available: PCL


  • Chicken Apple – Available: SL


  • Hot/Sweet Italian -What can we say…..whole books have been written on the uses for these long standing front-runners…. Try them with our Rosemary/Garlic bread! We feature our hot Italian in our pizzas. Available: SL, FFL


  • Jalapeno Bratwurst - Available: SL,FFP


  • Pesto Chicken - Available: SL,FFP


  • Polish - Another well-known gem! Great for Polish dogs. Serve with sauerkraut or roasted red potatoes. Available: SL


  • Turkey/Apple Breakfast - Ground turkey, a little pork and Granny Smith apples all converge on this one to give a spicy-sweet combination that is irresistible even for confirmed beef eaters. Available: SL, FFB

  • Chorizo - A popular Mexican sausage. Great with scrambled eggs and salsa on a flour tortilla for a distinctive Southern treat. Available: FFB


  • Portuguese Linguica - The Portuguese people know their Linguica well. Can be grilled or fried. Can be eaten as an entrée, though, typically scrambled with eggs; used in Portuguese beans; or mixed in soup. Available: FFB

  • All Beef Summer Sausage - A Sheboygan style beef summer sausage…great as a snack anytime


  • All Beef Snack Sticks and Beef Jerky - Spicy dried snacks that are great to carry with you for those times when you get caught hungry


  • Cabernet Hard Dry Salami - A splash of Cabernet gives this salami a unique zing


  • Pepper Jack cheese all beef summer sausage - our all beef summer sausage with spicy pepper jack cheese chunks


  • Cabernet Dry Salami


  • Cheddar Cheese All Beef Summer Sausage - our all beef summer sausage with Wisconsin cheddar cheese chunks


  • Genoa Dry Salami - Italian salami, with whole black peppercorns. Great as a snack with cheese and crackers, or sliced on a sandwich.


  • Jalapeno Pepper All Beef Summer Sausage - our all beef summer sausage with just the right amount of fresh jalapeno pepper heat


  • Pepper Jack


  • Mortadella - Large round slices, used as a lunchmeat. We've left out the traditional large chunks of fat in favor of a healthier style.
