The Van Till family's farming operation is bringing back the "good old days" in taste, nutrition, and the enjoyment of food. On our farm and in our kitchen we have resisted the temptation to use the cheapest inputs and sacrifice the flavor, nutrition and satisfaction which comes when you've tasted the best!

As an arm of the farm, one of the primary missions of the Rayville Baking Co. is to create value added products from the produce grown on the farm. Featuring organic ingredients, we specialize in scratch baked and whole grain goodness, unique and unusual products, from artisan breads, pastries and desserts to preserved foods such as jams and pickles.

The farm fare also includes beef, pork and poultry sausages, vegetables, pastured pork and beef. You can stop by our store or the Kansas City Farmers' Market to meet us and see for yourself just how good food can be.
